Mini Bagger

Semi automatic Bagging System with a single cleated belt driven by an electric motor, filling into a bag. The weight is adjustable by turning a handle, increasing or decreasing the tension on a pair of heavy-duty springs.

A bag is placed under the outlet chute on the platform, the start button is pressed and the product feeds up the elevator and into the bag. As the weight is reached, a micro switch stops the belt and the bag is removed. The bag is then replaced and the start button pressed again. Suitable for 10-25kg bags.

Also available with twin cleated belts, suitable for 10-50kg bags.
