Electronic Weighers

Model 2507 - The versatile 2507 is ideal for batch weighing into plasic bags, nets, lined cartons or trays. Manufactured in mild steel or stainless steel.

Electronic - Micro processor controlled with fingertip calibration, digital display and solenoid weighing, the 2507 gives total flexibility.

Twin Belt Feed - The large receiving hopper houses the two feed belts 380mm and 100mm wide. Both belts operate together until the desired weight is almost reached. The wide belt stops and the narrow 'trickle' belt tops up the amount required.

Weigh Tank - The product is weighed into a holding tank with pneumatic 'bomb doors'. A switch activates the doors to open and the crop enters the hand held bag, carton or tray conveyor.

Capacity - Up to 350 batches per hour depending on pack size.

Compressor - A compressor is required to operate the 'bomb doors'. This can be supplied as an optional extra.

In this picture it is being fed by a big bag bin. This allows the customer to fill his crop into the bin gently from a big bag as the inside of the bin is rubber covered. The customer can then open the bomb doors and let the crop onto the bagger belts.
