Simple Tipper

The Top Pivot model box tipper is the 'economy' tipper in the Tong Peal range.

Two hydraulic rams powered by an electric/hydraulic pump tip the box.

A hand operated valve controls the movement of the tipper with a press button soleniod and sensor option available.

A crossbar secures the box in the tipping cradle which is adjustable for different height boxes.

Shown in the picture are security light guards which are fitted when the tipper is automated.

In the application shown a remote hand unit on the forklift controls the tipping of the box..
