VCU - Conveying
The VCU system incorporates many of the Tong Peal conveyors and elevators.
The main infeed elevator is a chain and paddle construction elevator designed to take items up into the VCU chambers.
The main conveyor underneath is a heavy duty chain conveyor. This is built with 4" pitch chains and cross stabilising laths. We then fit a heavy duty rubber belt.
The system can also incorporate our trough elevators to take the finished items away.
